What is your biggest challenge in sales???

Trust has 2 components, character and capability. I may trust that you are not a liar. However, I may not trust that you can actually deliver the result that you are promising, even if you believe you can deliver it.

The biggest challenge for most reps is "status quo" and "I am happy where I am" when you learn how to overcome this it is magical.

Ray, since sales is a transfer of trust, the one challenge is to get that one client who does not trust, over that hurdle.
