What You Should Know About March 2024 Core Update and New Spam Policies

Google's March 2024 Core Update Aims to:

  1. Improve the quality of search results

New Spam Policy:

It is designed to address practices that are negatively impact the quality of Google's search results. Google announced these three new spam policies against bad practices such as expired domain abuse, scaled content abuse, and site reputation abuse.

Search for your website:

Type "site:website.com " to see if your website appears in search results. If your website is removed from search results, or if your rankings are removed, you may be affected.

Check Google Search Console:

Look for spam alerts or lost rankings in the left sidebar, under "Checking Security & Manual Actions"
