What You Resist, Persists

Have you ever noticed that the more you try to not do something, the more it seems to show up in your life??
I certainly noticed that... Like, really late but I noticed it...?
It's such an energy consuming way to live.?
If there's something that keeps coming up for you, something you "should" be doing more or less of, how much energy does it take to ignore it??
I'm sure you've encountered a situation where you build up something to be SO BIG in your head and you're like OMG that's gonna take me soooo long and then FINALLY after days, weeks or months of not doing it, you do it, and you're like... seriously. Why did I?think that'd be worse than it was???
I?feel just about 100% sure I am not alone in this!?
One thing I've found to be lacking when this happens is accountability and support to JUST DO IT!?
If we don't do it, it gets stronger.?
James Still who was our guest speaker for the September masterclass likes to say to "feed the right wolf".?
What does this mean??
It means you have two wolves, a dark one and a light one.?
They will always be there in your life and I'm sure you get the idea of which one makes you feel good and which one doesn't..?
Anyway, it's not about NOT having one or the other in your life, but about feeding the right one so that that one is stronger than the other.?
A good example of this is when you talk negative thoughts to yourself all the time and it spirals into thinking negatively about yourself. In that situation you're feeding the dark wolf.?
When we say what you resist persists, we mean that when you're always feeding the dark wolf, but you want the light wolf to be stronger, the dark wolf with always be the one that wins. Which can be a very frustrating place to be.?
How do you cure this?!?
ACTION!!!?
When we take action in the direction that we want to go, we reduce the fear and anxiety that comes from the dark wolf, and we start giving power to the light one.?
Does that sound good??Yes??I?know.?
