Radon is a dangerous, radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. It’s also completely tasteless, odorless, and colorless, meaning you’ll never be able to spot it without a special test. Fortunately, our area’s testing labs are very transparent about the levels of radon they’ve found in homes. They found that homes with basements are the most likely to have higher levels of radon, but mitigation services are thankfully inexpensive.
