What you need to know about the New generation Vs Generation Z.

Always folks confused about these two terms, they seem similar but different in actual meaning and That’s not the case because social proof is what we believe in and cannot be easily changed.

?These concepts are much broader than you think, and the thin line between them is what confuses people. but I know you're familiar with them, so I don’t need to explain more inna deep sense of humor.

We all know human beings evolve into different kinds of generations and that’s been the fact for a long time.

Every generation has its own way of seeing, doing, and perceiving things because they have encountered different life situations which makes every generation unique. I’m sure your generation is totally different from your father's.

I know you have heard a lot about baby boomers, millennials, Generation Z, Generation alpha, and so on but in this article, I want to speak shallowly about the difference between the new generation and Generation Z

What is a NEW "GENERATION”

This is a multidimensional concept, but the actual meaning is a NEW MINDSET, a new way of thinking in more than black and white color. It could be thinking out loud in green, yellow, orange, indigo, blue, or whatever. in simple meaning is thinking beyond the right and wrong perspective.

?A new generation is not about age, it is about the mind, trust me, A youthful mentality that keeps changing and evolving day by day, click up with different social category and use consciousness to master the real-time situation and produce an elite result in an in a short period of time.

Maybe I can say a new way of thinking is what different people in today’s world, I know you believe that the mind has power, can change things, and control human actions.

So, the new generation came with a new digital mindset by shifting the paradigm of consciousness from IQ to SQ without considering age, economic status, or even educational level.

What is "GENERATION Z"

haha... let me laugh first because everybody is talking about GenZ right now. Generation Zoomer is the newest generation, born between 1997 and 2012. They are currently between 9 and 24 years old

They have used the internet, technology, and social media since they were young and are just now coming of age. This means these young people are now affecting our workforce, altering the economy,

?and influencing the arts and they are true digital natives with big visions of doing good to their society and making a remarkable impact.

?They are good troublemakers, movers, and shakers in different fields, but only a few millennials click with them, and if you are smart enough you can use them to skyrocket your business or organization because they truly hold the future.

You know what. I don’t want to talk much about generation Z not because I’m a part of it but because a lot has already been said and written about us.

?Let’s talk about Why we need a new way of thinking

Almost everyone faces the problem of gaining access to information about the world and then piecing it together and organizing it. to do this a new form of thinking is needed ASAP because

The same old ways of thinking, get the same old result or don’t work anymore. Look! There is a lot going on. tough and complex problems like global warming, food crisis, civil wars, terror, drugs, urban decay, and absolute poverty. so, we need to stretch up beyond the approach that got us there in the first place.

Why Is it important for today’s business leaders?

The world is changing much faster than business. Every business in every industry has been overwhelmed by a tentless accelerating pace of change. What makes this challenge so difficult is that there is no sign that things are going to slow down anytime soon.

fast word + fast food = fast life

The eruption of disruptive technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain technology shows that the change is only going to get faster whether we like it or not.

The current reality of the world which changes faster than most businesses is unsuitable because the consequences are unlikely to be unrecovered. For example, Kodiak and many newspapers publisher discovered late when their business model was completely disrupted by new technologies.

So, if a business leader wants their company to survive and thrive in the fast-paced world, they will need the courage to adopt new habits based on radically new ways of thinking and acting.

How they can do it.

Well, That’s a philosophical question. Okay. ?To adopt a new way of thinking we need an intersection of skills (how to do), knowledge (what to do), and desire (want to do) In business-wise when business leaders are disrupted, it’s usually not lack of desire that causes their displacement, but rather the failure to adopt their knowledge and skills to the new reality.

Developing habits and a digital mindset are very important, habits are powerful forces because the way we think and act tends to operate on a subconscious level.

When this happens knowledge and skills often become second nature and the person is regarded as an expert or master.

A digital mindset will help us to develop a digital nervous system which is crucial for adopting digital technologies and making you stay ahead of the trend.

Those few who resist the new reality will become yesterday's expert and today’s folly, especially when the business leader resists the new realities and insist on the old ways of doing or thinking.

To make it all clear, a new generation is all about a new mindset or new way of doing things but Generation Z is a few individuals who currently shaping the world and breaking the matrix system.

Today technology simplifies the way people access information and acquire knowledge, almost everybody is smart and informed at some point. Still, only a few multidimensional thinkers and real-doers will take the lead.
