According to Time, "studies have shown that music can buoy your mood and fend off depression. It can also improve blood flow, lower your levels of stress-related hormones like cortisol and ease pain." With so much going on in the world right now - plummeting stocks, a global pandemic - it's easy to fall into a negative emotional rut. It doesn't help that we just lost an hour of sleep this weekend. So, to combat this Monday slump and lift those heavy eyelids, we're sharing what we've been blasting here in the office. Start the week off on a high note (pun intended) and take a listen.
