What Are You Going To Do With It?

What Are You Going To Do With It?

“Begin each day as if it were on purpose.” ~ Mary Anne Radmacher

A common refrain I hear is, "I don’t have enough time."

So, let me ask: If you had an extra hour, what would you want to do with it? Would you fill it with more tasks, or would you choose simply to be? Imagine dedicating that hour to sitting quietly with yourself — dreaming, imagining, reflecting. When was the last time you did that?

Today, we rarely sit with our own thoughts. When faced with a question or a problem, we turn immediately to Google, TikTok, or ChatGPT, ready for the answer at our fingertips. But in doing so, we lose touch with our intuition, our reflection, our inner peace.

This quote (above photo) by Mary Anne Radmacher has been my reminder, every day for 25 years, to stay open to the magic of each moment. I’m grateful to have Mary Anne Em Radmacher as a role model and mentor.

So, what will you release this week to reclaim some time for yourself? Last week, we discussed the power of letting go — of clearing out the clutter that drains us. When we’re always doing for others, we risk squeezing out the essence of our own lives. It’s time to turn that around.

TAKE ACTION: Dedicate 60 minutes to yourself this week. No agenda, no to-do lists — only space for you. How will you spend these precious moments? Please share with me; I’d love to hear how you made it a strong day. ([email protected] )

Make it a strong day!
