Our primary goal for each award we organise is to give the guests and finalists the best experience possible, and ECXA? is no exception. To improve the new edition of this programme, we have made several upgrades and included a few additions that will make your awards experience even better. These are some of our top additions for the European Customer Experience Awards 2023.

New, Upgraded Awards Manager?

We have significantly improved our bespoke software; it now has an upgraded judging portal and a much-simplified submission process. This will help make the software more intuitive and frictionless for all users. And, of course, as always - our technical support will be there for any issues you might have navigating through the pages.

Awards Ceremony Hosted LIVE

For the International CXA? last year, and UK CXA, we hosted the Awards Ceremony from a TV studio, and our guests and finalists absolutely loved it! It was a clear sign we should continue with the excellent practice. Hence, the upcoming ECXA ceremony will be hosted LIVE - from a professional TV studio - adding to the event's glamour and excitement.

Updated & Brand-New Categories

We follow new market trends, developments and changes across the CX landscape each year to keep the awards relevant and aligned with top industry practices. Therefore, ECXA '23 will have an updated set of categories, each celebrating a particular aspect of CX excellence and capturing the full range of leading business practices across Europe. A New Report With Winners' Stories

To help our entrants learn from top initiatives, we have produced a downloadable report with?three winning case studies?from the previous edition of ECXA. Each case study focuses on a particular category, analysing the initiative from start to finish. The report concludes with three best practices that CX professionals can implement in their organisations.

Mobile Scoring at the Awards Finals

For smooth and enjoyable judging of each presentation, it's essential that our judges score the presentations simply and intuitively. We've upgraded the scoring for mobile; this will provide a quicker and easier experience for the judging panel and help them focus on assessing the initiatives more conveniently.
