Medica is coming soon, most companies will start having meetings with their existing distributors and new ones. There are some important characteristics about Arab medical distributors which is good to be aware off :

–          Arabs are emotional people, so if you’re looking to develop your business don’t think your  good quality & reasonable prices are would be sufficient for a fruitful business, you need to build a strong relationship  with them, by going to dinners with their families, invite them to visit your country and take care of them keeping in mind Arabic cultural is not open as western, so don’t expect them to share with  you their wives photos 

–          You have to be very clear about your price strategy, and grant distributors your maximum possible discount because  if your markup was high and you used to grant special discount once distributor ask for then you will get headache of always pricing bargain.

–          Arab distributors won’t invest into risky business( Medical products which has no references).Make sure to keep distributor up to date with your business traction since this definitely will encourage them for taking a step a head and present your product range.
