What You Do is Not that Important , But who you become by what you do is Everything!
Everybody has a right to live their life as they wish and whilst some of those people may live very sad and disappointing lives in our estimations, they have none the less made a choice to live or to be that way.
Now I appreciate that it might be quite difficult for some to respect the choices that some people make in life but respect is not about reward so much as it is about understanding.
Think about that for a moment because it does not suggest you support or agree with the actions or disposition of another but rather what it does mean is that you understand that a decision has been made and as such you don't have to like it but you might consider respecting that those people actually made a decision based on their current belief system.
Your job as a leader is to provide evidence about how to do it better so they can have the opportunity to become a better version of themselves.
Something to think about.
I'm Christopher Shaw and I'm wishing you continued success!
