What will you create in 2015?

Whilst everyone is getting in the holiday spirit I always find that December is a good time to reflect on what I have achieved over the last year and if this is in line with my lifetime goals.

I find myself mentally summarizing what I think went well and what did not go so well in the previous year. If you have had a great 2014 Well done! Enjoy it and try and imagine how you can do it bigger and better in 2015.

If you have not had such a great year or you feel like you have not achieved as much as you would have liked then don't beat yourself up about it. How can you change that next year? Get organised and start preparing so you can learn from it, change your approach and improve in the future.

If you are thinking of a new horizons in 2015 the best advice I can give you as a recruiter is, don't base your decision on who pays the most and what company offers the most vacation time. Base your decision on what opportunity will excite you when you wake up in the morning.
