What if you could "ride" an office?

Riding my bicycle to work, an SUV stops next to me at the traffic lights. It carries only the driver, weighs 2.5 tons and has 600 CV. It pulls away, tyres screeching, when the lights go green. But I meet him at the next set of red lights. And at the next lights too. And at the next. The car is fancy, I admit, but it doesn't make much sense in today's world. The driver is frustrated, trapped in traffic, his car pollutes and is super expensive to run. I on the contrary can get on and off of my bike at any moment and walk along if I choose to. I'll get to the office before the SUV. Cycling is ultra sustainable, cheap, healthy and fun! 

And then I look at the massive skyscrapers in Madrid, also beautiful, home to humongous headquarters of multinational corporations. Thousands of employees pilgrimaging day in, day out, to the middle of the city, just to sit behind a desk typing their life away... And lots of them drive to the office. This must feel frustrating twofold; trapped in traffic, trapped behind a desk and miserable all day. And of course, expensive and pretty unsustainable for the employer. These behemoth offices, in prime locations are fancy, yes, but very, very costly. 

What if you could hop on and hop off your office, in a sustainable, flexible and much more cost effective way? What if you could "ride" an office, just like you ride a bicycle?
