Our beliefs are powerful!?And they’re subconscious.?The first step to shifting your beliefs is identifying them and how they show up in your day to day.?Be patient with yourself, as this takes time and self-awareness.?Like any muscle, the more you practice, the more aware you’ll become.?With awareness, you can then begin to replace beliefs that no longer serve you with those that will.
