What is yoga?

I was recently invited to be interviewed for a film on the commercialization of yoga. The filmmakers and i entered the forest, stewarded by the Musqueam Nation. It was a perfect setting. We talked about yoga as a practice emanating from India. In the modern world, it has spread to many countries outside of India. It has gained a tremendous amount of popularity. Why? In the rushed and hectic times in which we live, many people are seeking internal peace that is integrated with good health. Many other reasons exist.
