What is this year shaping up like for you?

Hi there!
I hope that you have been able to ease back into work gently after the holidays - as it can be a shock to the system can't it?
I've found that many people actioning their new year goals and talking to us about VA support.?For some people, it transpired that the time wasn't right but for others, the timing is perfect and we're already getting stuck in to supporting them.??
Not sure if the time is right for you??Check out?these blogs?to see if 2023 is your year!
In my world
I've started the new year thinking about what the year ahead has in store for me, and how I can shape it.?And I have to be honest and say I have no idea what I want it to look like from a work perspective.??
What I do know is it's super important to enjoy what you do, and have a good work-life balance.?To that end, I'm already 'on-it' and have booked a week with family at Easter, and am planning a weekend with my mum for her 75th in April.?I'll also be planning theatre trips, camping, wellbeing visits and spending lots of time with friends - esecially looking up those I haven't seen much over the past 12 months.??
On the work side, I know that I want to continue working with my amazing intern, and to make the time for personal development in reading the piles of business books I have.?I've just started reading? How to be a people person.?I'm also going to have some mentoring sessions to help me decide what 2023 needs to be!
Here's my vision board for 2023 (created in Canva).
What's on your agenda for this year??Let me know!
On the blog
On Wednesday I spent a day at a new co-working space called Coworking Devon in Buckfastleigh.??
This is a gorgeous space created by?Jack Dicker at Archilime.
I find co-working and a change of scenery really good for my creativity and I got a lot done!
If you'd like to read about other co-working spaces I've visited, check out?our blog.
LinkedIn Scheduling

Top Tip Of The Week
Did you know that LinkedIn scheduling has now arrived?
For sometime, the companies that run social media platforms have favoured posts which?are scheduled within their systems, rather than 3rd party schedulers - but until now there has been no native scheduler for LinkedIn.
Now when go go into LinkedIn and start typing a post, the clock icon appears top right (as in the left hand image) and you can click on this and pick a date and time to schedule your post.??
The LinkedIn gurus are yet to share how this will improve post visibility vs. non-native schedulers, so watch this space.
