What a Year for Rocna Anchors!!

Since taking over manufacturing and distribution of Rocna in 2011, CMP has achieved “unprecedented” sales growth! We have now reached the point where per quarter unit sales now exceed what used to take us an entire year to achieve.
Even more amazing is that our new Vulcan Anchor is now responsible for over 30% of total anchor unit sales since its launch in late 2014. CMP is just now catching up to the incredible demand! The sales growth of Rocna is due to the quality control processes and procedures developed and incorporated into CMP’s anchor manufacturing system.

These same processes are utilized to produce the highly acclaimed Vulcan whose ground breaking design and universal fit has taken the industry by storm.

“We have been extremely pleased with the record breaking Rocna and Vulcan sales for 2015” stated Tyler Seebach, Vice President of Sales for CMP Marine Division. “We continue to expand our distribution, making it even easier for our customers to obtain local sales and support. As we participate in boat shows around the world, we invariably get enthusiastic feedback from our many existing customers, and are also excited to find that more and more potential customers have heard about the benefits of Rocna and Vulcan.

“Word is getting out that boaters looking for improved anchoring security and performance can rely on a Rocna!”

While Rocna has significant market share and brand awareness within the Sailboat community, we have found that this awareness did not directly translate into the powerboat market. With Vulcan, however, we now have an anchor which fits beautifully on the vast majority of powerboats, while providing the same industry leading performance pioneered with Rocna. We look forward to a great 2016, with steady growth in Rocna and even stronger growth with Vulcan as we capture more of the powerboat market.”

I am please its been a good year for Rocna... if only they would answer their emails occasionally. I have sent 5 emails via the Rocna web site over the last 6 months to try and purchase an anchor (37kgs) for my yacht.... including rode (80 mts of 10mm close link S.S.) and not a thing!! extremely disappointing!!! But I guess when they get this big... the little sales get forgotten about.
