What a year it’s been…

The past 12 months have been transformational for Tenn and our growing network of HNWI and UHNWI clients. Our loan book is up a massive 135% year on year, driven in part by breaking the record for the largest-ever loan completed three times.

This means our largest loan to date stands at ￡52 million. I have no doubt that we will surpass this value in 2025 as we continue to expand our services and the number of jurisdictions we lend in – which currently stands at 19.

2024 has been a year that has seen Tenn broaden its work with sophisticated capital providers and we’ve also secured significant new funding.

The world of short-term finance is fast-moving and a lender’s reputation hinges on its ability to deliver for its clients even if the landscape against which the loan is being offered is complex. This is where Tenn’s specialism comes into its own.

Challenging properties and circumstances are our forte and we can usually lend against properties that are hard to leverage as a security with more traditional financing products, especially if intricate ownership structures are in play.

The Tenn team are structuring experts,?and this means we can loan to corporate entities and in transactions that involve SVPs, limited companies and trusts, as well as?to?individuals.

This specialism has allowed us to earn a reputation for being a reliable provider of short-term, real estate-backed finance for HNWIs and UHNWIs across the world.

Celebrating 2024 in Style

Given the year we had – revenue growth is up 140% year on year – it only seemed right to celebrate in style with the entire Tenn team and what better way to do that than with lunch at Home House, the private member’s club in London.
