A common scenario when people don't get a role fast
For many job seekers, when they don't get the right role fast, they blame external factors:
The problem with this is, you can't control these things. And if you can't control something, you can't change the outcome.?
All these things exist.
Yet, there are job seekers who are getting amazing offers despite them. So, let's dive into how you can make incremental changes in your own job search to get a different outcome.

To me, job search proceeds in the below cycle:

Assessing current situation and your USP -> Resume, LinkedIn branding -> Reaching right people ->Interviews -> Salary Negotiation ->Offer

So, when I diagnose someone's job search issue, I ask:

Some clients of mine?get offers in a matter of 4-6 weeks when on their own, they were struggling for over half a year.
I use the exact steps above to find out the area where we can zoom into immediately to have the maximum impact.
