Most of you have seen it before. There are many variants. Some focus on engineers, others on developers. And all of them ends with what the customer wanted or needed - rope with a tire. Is there anything wrong with it?

Sure it is! Because the customer doesn't need a swing but wants to swing. And nobody asked… Maybe he prefers not to buy anything and go to the public playground.

If you want to satisfy your customers, you have to ask the right questions.
