What would you say if I offered to hypnotize you?

I help you create the ‘me’ you want to be and to find true self-love, lasting healing and self-realization from the inside out.
The first response to this question that I usually get is “Naa, thanks!! You’re going to make me bark like a dog or what?!” Sadly, society has often portrayed hypnosis as a mysterious and slightly creepy practice, often associated with stage performances and mind control. However, the truth is that hypnosis is a scientifically recognized tool that has been used for decades to help people overcome their limiting beliefs and improve their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
For those who are considering using hypnotherapy to improve their own mental health or general wellbeing, I want to share some thoughts around hypnosis here. If after reading this short article you are interested to try it out, feel free to contact me.?
Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not about giving up control or being manipulated. Instead, in a therapeutic setting it's about going into a trance-like state to access the subconscious mind and then using the client’s own ability to accept suggestions to make positive changes. During hypnosis, a person is guided into a state of deep relaxation, where they are more open to suggestions. This state allows the hypnotherapist to work with the person's subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of limiting beliefs and to help them develop new and empowering beliefs and habits. My clients achieve the most significant breakthroughs through the power of understanding, as understanding in hypnosis is the most powerful agent for deep and lasting change.

The benefits of hypnosis are numerous. Not only can it help to uncover the root cause of limiting beliefs, but it can also be used to help people improve their mental and emotional wellbeing, increase their self-confidence, boost their results in various areas of life and it can even improve a person’s physical wellbeing. In my practise I have helped my clients through hypnosis to overcome phobias, quit smoking, stop drinking, reduce stress, pain or anxiety, and improve their performance in sports or work, or even improve their happiness in relationships. Personally, I have used hypnosis to have 6 months of chemotherapy without suffering any of the many possible painful side effects. In the context of working to overcome a life crisis, hypnotherapy can be very useful to uncover the source of limiting beliefs and behaviours that have allowed that crisis to develop, and it can also be used to eliminate those beliefs and replace them with powerful beneficial and healthy beliefs.
Hypnosis is like an accelerator for change, so for the best results, the desire for change must come from deep within the client, and there has to be a certain urge for that change to happen now. Also, the client must be clear about the fact that the change has to happen within themself, and not in the outside world. However, it's important to note that hypnosis is not a magic solution. While it can be a powerful tool for change, it's most effective when used in combination with coaching and other forms of personal development. Most importantly, the client needs to be open and ready for change. For instance, as a coach I can help you identify your limiting beliefs and provide you with strategies for overcoming them, and by using hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious mind, we can achieve even greater results.
In conclusion, hypnosis is a safe and effective tool for overcoming limiting beliefs and improving your mental and emotional wellbeing. Whether you're looking to overcome a phobia, quit smoking, reduce stress, or simply improve your overall well-being, hypnosis can be a valuable tool for change. So, if a hypnotherapist offered to hypnotize you, don't be afraid to give it a try – you might be surprised at the positive changes you can achieve.
