What would you do if your vehicle is returned with Flat tyres after a regular servicing ?

On 22nd Dec my Vehicle was given for regular servicing at Tathawade service center and returned on 23rd at around 19:00 with Flat tyres having multiple holes on co-driver side.

After a quick chat with the driver (who had come to drop the vehicle), I realised the flat tyre was observed in the service station itself & he had informed the security guard & internal team member who had taken the vehicle for trail run post servicing. He was instructed to replace the flat tyre with spare tyre and deliver the vehicle to me. After doing this activity himself, he came to me at around 19:00 & told me the issue.

I immediately took the vehicle to fix the issue. For my surprise the tyre was having issue with multiple locations (03 places). By the time we finished everything it was almost 22:00 (which costed me Rs. 350/- & almost 3 hours in the evening. ) Mean time i had contacted to service adviser. Initially he was trying deny the matter but when i handed over the phone to driver & after his explanation, he was saying lets speak to manager Tomorrow but please do the payment. I told him that any how it is 22:00 & I shall transfer the amount next day after the call back from with Manager.

Next day up to 11:45 am i did not get the return call. In fact i called the service station to enquire the matter. The service adviser apologised for the matter but said i have to pay the full amount else it will be deducted from Drivers salary.

Today I got a follow up call from front desk to enquire my rating for the servicing... After this episode, what would you rate ? What would have been your reactions to such incident?
