What would you do if spousal appeal is refused?

When you sponsor your spouse from a third world country and are forced to appeal to the IAD becareful of this question, that many IAD members ask. Never have the appellant/sponsor say he/she will move back to the applicants country if the appeal is refused because he/she loves them. Tell the member that you will prove your marriage is genuine because of reeason A, B, C. Say you will appeal until everyone knows your marriage is genuine.

Sponsors need to answer this question with passion, showing shock that this question was even asked. Talk in detail regarding the items in your disclousre package you submitted to prove your marriage is genuine. Talk about the plans the two of you have that will improve both the applicants and the sponsors lives in Canada.
