What Would Happen?

I once had a teacher who was asked a question:
“Do you believe in God?”
He looked at that student, smiled and said, “I rather believe and find out there isn’t one, then to not believe and discover there is.”
Those words have stuck with me ever since. It was not the belief in God I am referring to but instead how his words reminded me about our belief system in life.
What would happen if we were to reframed what he said and changed it into this:
Isn’t it better to believe that you could achieve what our hearts desire?
That you have a purpose?
And that you could be what we dream of and more?
Rather than not believe it and find out later that it was true?
Just think of what kind of life you would live, about where you would be and what would you be doing.
Now ask yourself this; Why are you not doing it? and what would happen if you did?
Choices are not easy to make, but the more you decide to make that will feel better for your life, the more you will discover how capable you really are and the more capable you discover you are, the more you will begin to believe how truly wonderful you are.
