What if, Work is the Answer

What if, Work is the Answer

What if, work is the answer? Humanity is facing unprecedented challenges with climate change, economic disruption, political isolationism, and social inequity. Governments and NGOs cannot and should not do everything alone. Work as we knew it, was disrupted for everybody around the World in 2020 and in doing so, made us all think again. So when we do start to return in 21, let's not go back to the way things were, let's work together to build more creative, productive and sustainable workplaces and work behaviors. By tackling accessibility, fairness and emotional wellbeing at work, we not only have more engaged employees and more prosperous businesses, we start to make a difference to how the world works. And everyone has the opportunity to play their part.

workistheanswer.org has been created as a "campfire" for people who share the believe that we can do more and we can do better. A place to share knowledge and insights on how we can break down silos and collaborate on building a better future for ourselves and our children and to also celebrate those already taking tiny steps and giant strides.

We are at the beginning our journey and would welcome your comments and support right now and then hopefully, your help. Please take some time to watch this video, share this article and post your comments. More news and updates will be coming over the next few weeks.

Love this Julian, and would love to support. A big factor in the future of work is the future of leadership and employee engagement... largely this comes down to the quality of human interaction when people actually are in a physical workplace together and leading from a place of empowerment and empathy.
