What a wonderful year 2021 was!

Wow! What an incredible year 2021 has been!?

As we approach Spring it's always a great time to reflect on our past year and prepare for the coming season! Within our ever-changing world we are constantly adapting to the new world of Real Estate. This opportunity for growth of course wouldn't be possible without the support of our community and wonderful clients!?

We continuously are so very thankful for the trust our community has in us and for our past clients referring us to their friends and loved ones. To our new clients who have allowed us to represent them and allowed us to help navigate their real estate journey - we truly thank you and welcome you to our Tribe!

We have had some very exciting growth this past year for our Team! We have grown Team Jesicca Skoloda by 3 new members! We have added two new Sales associates Lori Spencer and Jenna Kondrosky! We have also gained a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Specialist, Shiloh Coccodrilli to help us stay organized and provide the ultimate Team Jesicca Skoloda Experience to all of our clients.

The transition from winter to spring is all about growth and renewal and there's no better time of year to turn your attention toward refreshing your living space. This issue of Good to Be Home is full of creative ideas to help you transform your home from the inside out.
