What women leaders struggle with

What women leaders struggle with

In this world where we are constantly told to keep slaying, we may be pushing ourselves too hard just to keep up. The truth is, being a superwoman can be tiring—and you know what? It’s perfectly okay (and normal) to feel burned out. Society has placed so much pressure on us to be perfect in everything we do that we don’t take into consideration the number one person we should be looking out for: Ourselves.

Researchers have found that around 43% of women leaders feel burned out, compared to only 31% of men who are at the same level. While there is a variety of contributing factors, researchers believe that the main reason is that women executives put enormous pressure on themselves to succeed. Everything has to be just right. Does this sound like you?

Take it from us: We’ve been there and back. We know the weight of that pressure, but we’ve also learned how to transform that force into daring and more caring leadership.

Women Worth and Wellness invites you to a women leader empowerment event on June 7, 2023, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm EDT at The Toronto Hunt, Toronto, ON. With the theme of, “Daring & Caring Leadership by Women: Leading With Positive Impact”, we invite all powerful leaders to learn how to lead with grace, tenacity, and passion WITHOUT burning both ends of the candle.

We teach you Mind, Body, and Spirit + Heart techniques that will rejuvenate you and help you find balance, especially during crunch times. As women leaders ourselves, we want to give you empowering lessons that you can use in real-life.

No fluff, no bull—just powerful lessons that any woman leader needs to know.
