What Women Have to Give Up to Have It All

We were told we could have it all.?
Now, women are doing more than ever before.?
And we are exhausted.?
But what if I told you that you CAN have it all, just in a different way than what we were originally sold?
Many of the women I know and work with are first generation entrepreneurs and looking to provide a different life for themselves and their children.?
It’s possible. But we have to look deep within ourselves and be willing to make some hard decisions.
In order to have it all, we have to willing to give up something of ourselves.
I know because I’ve done it.?
I learned a long time ago that it was up to you to change your life.?
And the number one thing standing in the way of the life you deeply desire and the one you have is fear.
But this isn’t just any fear.?
It’s deeply rooted in your subconscious mind and within your feminine lineage.?
It’s the fear of being seen, speaking up and stepping into your full power as a woman.?
It’s the fear of letting someone else hold you and care for you, so you give away all of your time and energy to everyone else and wonder why you’re exhausted and feeling a bit empty inside.?
It’s a fear that penetrates every woman at her core because it lives inside her DNA and our society and culture reinforce it every day.
And it leaks into the success of your business.
So, how do you bring this fear to the surface and move beyond it??
This is not something that changes overnight.

But it begins with the awareness and acceptance that it’s even there.?
And the willingness to face it and change the trajectory of your life and venture into the unknown.
Because it’s the comfort of the known and our limiting beliefs about what is possible that is also keeping us limited.
You must be willing to go back to the body for the answers and cease the dissociation that’s been happening in your lineage for generations.?
You must be willing to uncover the truths about the patterns and limiting beliefs you have about yourself and your capacity.
And give up trying to do it all by yourself.
Even an island is rich in resources and abundance.
Yes, you can have it all, but you don't have to sacrifice yourself into order to do so.
The truth about what keeps you stuck is because you are not able to access parts of yourself that have been hidden, dormant, stuffed down or even frozen.
These are invisible forces that impact your decisions around getting to your next level of success and allowing flow in your life.
It's time for a feminine revolution where we, as women, live and work in a new way.
When you're ready to transcend trauma, change the way you're doing things, release the painful patterns and limiting beliefs, the fear begins to dissipate because you actually realize that it’s not really yours in the first place. It’s just there, in your body waiting to be discovered.
You are the one you've been searching for.

10 个月Wow, this is so interesting! I was really surprised by how strongly I reacted to the statement, "In order to have it all, we have to be willing to give up something of ourselves." It really caught me off guard! I need to take some time to sit with why that statement made me feel so uneasy. It definitely struck a chord with me in a certain kind of way! I'll spend some time reflecting on my feelings after reading this and pondering on the "invisible forces" at work. It's all so intriguing -- thank you for this!

It is so easy to get busy surviving and checking all the boxes of whatever 'having it all means' ... that to step back and reflect upon what 'all' even means to us, individually, within our experience of life feels essential. When I work with clients using astrology, we are able to find shortcuts to the places within which point to our needs our priorities and values, our life's greates blockage and thus also the great work. Your work, and your group, sound like just the place to allow for this deep introspection so we can find the light within ourselves and allow its unique warmth and light to shine. All the best, Alyssa!

10 个月Absolutely loved what you've shared here Alyssa Pfennig. I love that you zeroed in on being willing to go back to the body for the answers. And really being honest about observing patterns and limiting beliefs you have about yourself and your capacity. I don't know about other 1st generation entrepreneurs but I am certainly ready to give up trying to do it all by myself ??
