What A Woman Wants in A Man!

.Why men are some men not making it or cutting it with a woman, that can be a complex question, but can be explained in several fronts. Mass Media has much to do with failure of manhood and personal bring as a boy in your family. I have traveled around the world since I was young and recently In Europe this 2023. As a man you can learn much about couples in how they act towards each other and when they show personal intimacy between a man and a woman.

The only reasons a relationship fails are because of proper communications, respectful behavior, active listening, lack of emotional intelligence, empathy, compassion, and lack of support. Why do I know this? I have been there where men have been at and has cost me many relationships, but I grew older and wiser, I learn from my mistake and not to repeat them again. Female friends that have been through a divorce and broken relationships with their man.

One thing about the Linked In website that the approximately twenty percent of the males that do hold onto the traits and values that women want in a man are here in the Linked In site. That has the confidence, respectful behavior, great communications, sense of humor, ambition, empathy, compassion, good grooming, hygiene, open mindedness, active listening, supportive nature, handyman and emotional intelligence. The men on this site strive to better themselves, financially, educationally, and professionally. The other eighty percent of the men are out there, some where in the world are not doing as well.

My personal failure in my past marriage and relationships, I see what women really want, it is a tall order for a man to fill, but not impossible. A relationship is fluid and active, things change, circumstances change, incidents happen, things happen to good people, so men need to build confidence where women can depend on their man and the family depends on this too. I have beautiful female friends that have gone through so much trouble with men, they decide to give up on love and romance.

Some of my few female friends decided to pick a female as their love partner. The sad news for the men, is that some of these women are more man than the father of the children. The Woman partner makes sure that my friend is taken care by giving her proper communications, respectful behavior, active listening, emotional intelligence, empathy, compassion, and support. They become the family wanted with a man, but the man failed, so now they are in a relationship with a woman that does everything a man should do, but failed, so they are with women now.

I see that men are more successful with women in South America and Europe, for it is common to see an older man or much older man with a young woman with an age difference of up to ten to thirty years apart, both the man and woman are very happy.? Many of my male friends have married women from Latin countries and Europe, for they are on their second or third marriage, the male’s friends stay that their wives take good care of them, and the wives accept them as part of the extended family.

The following is what a man needs to do and what women want in a man! No relationship is perfect or will it ever be. A man needs to fully commit to his woman if she is his wife or live-in girlfriend and push that he will make it work. There are a small percentage of women that no matter what you do they will not work with as compare of larger percent of men who will not work with women. For the most part at the most men and women do try to make the relationship work, to avoid divorce and break ups.

What are women looking for in a man that they want to be with? Women want a man of confidence and people who are confidence draws others near them. Do not get confidence confused with arrogance, the man needs to possess success in finance, employment, church life, family, education, and able to make good decisions, be assertive and be an active listener.

Respectful behavior will always stand out in a man from a social or public setting. Seeing how he treats others, men, women, children, and family. Another thing that causes a woman to feel disrespected is when a husband or live-in boyfriend brings in pornography in the home or he is caught seeing porn on the internet, this has upset many of my female friends. The man doing this shows he has more interest in porn that to be with his woman. Pornography is a very large international industry and most made in the U.S. and is very addictive and costly.

Some men tie pornography by going to strip clubs or what is called gentleman’s club, there is nothing gentleman about watching women strip and the men having their fantasy and wasting money, that is best spent on their woman and family. Porn creates an illusion of fantasy and arousal that will keep increasing and never satisfy a man. Porn is very disrespectful to women and can damage a marriage of relationship, that will lead to break up. A friend was addicted to porn at a church I use to attend, well it destroyed his marriage and his family.

Wife saw him like a drug addicted on porn and his children saw daddy did not love mommy anymore and was a pervert! He no longer goes to church, his church is now strip clubs, I warned him and advised him to stop, but he did not listen. Think of porn like an addictive drug for men’s fantasy and arousal and will get out of control and led to being arrested in trying to pick up a hooker or end up watching child porn to get their highs. So real men do not need a false fantasy, to get their rocks off, this why you have a wife or a girlfriend and treat her with the highest respect and honor she deserves, for she is the one you love and it should stay that way. A real man will be there for his woman and his family, even if he does not have time, but he will make time like two neighbors, some of my cousins and uncle, their wives highly value their husbands.

Chivalry also is a plus for women, when a man walks on the edge of a sidewalk by the street curbside, opening doors for her, pulling her seat for her to sit down. When she gets up to go to the restroom, stand up with her and wait for her. As she approaches the table get up and pull the seat for her to sit down. Opening the car door for her to get in first. If the woman you are with declines on all this, respectful stop doing those things, but for she knows you have been a gentleman in her eyes.

Great Communication is always important in a relationship between a man and a woman. Even when talking to your woman, be an active listener and hear what she has to say and respond with simple short sentences to get the point across and that you were listening to her. Keep the conversation respectful, avoid any negative words. A man that can keep a conservation flowing and adjust to the topic the woman is interested in. As man if you do not know about the topic, tell you do not know and want to learn more about it from her, gives her the floor to show her interests, concerns or things that interest her. Doing this shows you have emotional intelligence, active listening, positive attitude, and a mature perspective.

Sense of Humor is very important, for not all conversations need to be serious all the time.? If a man does not have humor learn about simple jokes or riddles that you have come across and adjust accordingly. Learning how to use humor takes time and practices for men, so men need not rush in getting a sense of humor.

Ambition is another area that is important to women. Why is ambition so important, it shows people and especially a woman a man is interested in that they are not the typical or average man who is comfortable in looking for the weekend of watching sports, drinking beer, and having a barbeque every weekend.? Some men are okay in staying in a dead-end job and is a turn off for many. A man can show his ambition by letting her know you are going to trade school for electrical, plumbing, or air conditioning tech. You are attending university courses in class or online. That you have hobbies of interest, enjoy traveling or learning another language. It shows the woman you are not content, but what to progress financially, educational, or self-improvement.

Empathy and Compassion is another are that will show women that as a man you have feelings of empathy and compassion for others well-being. Like helping an older adult put groceries in her car. Helping an elderly or disable to take out the trash can or bring in the trash can. By helping others who are hurt in a car accident or someone having a medical emergency, having know first aid and CPR, you are prepared to help others in need. Empathy and compassion go a long way, not only the woman you are with will see that, but others will see that and know it is part of your nature.

Good Grooming and Hygiene is especially important to you and the woman you want to be with or already are. It shows discipline on the part of the man that you take care of your cleanliness, appearance, dress and how you present yourself to others. Brushing your teeth shows good personal hygiene and cleanliness, and men need to take care of smell by using colon, but not over kill, where you smell like a perfume and colon department store.

Open-Mindedness is a good quality that women would want in a man or the man they are trait that women are seeking and is a great value.? A man who is willing to actively listen to different perspectives and embrace new ideas or concepts, women see these men as worth getting to know better.

Active Listening is something women wish men would pay attention to. An example the wife is trying to tell her husband or man to take out the trash can, the husband continues to watch the football game and says “ya honey as soon as half time is on”. Active listening is when the wife tells her husband to take out the trash can, and he stops watching the game and listens to her attentively and takes the trash can out, even if it interrupts him from watching the game. It is giving your wife or girlfriend one hundred complete attention of your time.

Supportive Nature that women seek in a man, that listens to what she says, actively supports her goals, aspirations, and dreams for the present and for the future. That you help her and give her the confidence that you will support her and back her up in what she is trying to accomplish that she will achieve. As man gives undivided supportive nature, it shows her you are not being selfish, you are being considerate that will help build a stronger emotional bond between the man and the woman.

Handyman is another important trait that women seek in a man, just look at men who like to work and fix things around the house for the wife or girlfriend and for the family. I know of many firefighters and law enforcement officers who learn and do jobs in tree cutting service, home remodeling, other skills, and hobbies.

Emotional Intelligence is something that has come up in recent years. I have taken two courses on emotional intelligence at two different universities. More men do need to consider taking such a course.

Men have to show their confidence to their woman, even if they are not sure, and never lie to your woman for she may find out today or later on, this can destroy trust very quickly. The men have men in the circles at church, from older or experience male family members and from work. Like in the military and public safety officers, you see a lot, hear a lot, many men earn experience and can get advice from other men they work with. In many of these jobs, women are working besides the men, and they can get advice from a female co-worker. A man can learn to adjust his behavior, perspective to what his woman is saying or adjust to bring a more positive outcome and helps improve more understanding between a man and a woman.

Having respectful behavior towards your woman and a woman can tell much how much you respect women, by your up bring, your family and how you interact with women and girls in your family. Having great communication is the key to any relationship and true at work. Many arguments occur because of lack of communications, or improper communications, like exchanging insults, using profanity, talking down and disrespectful in the way you talk to a woman.

Sense of humor in a relationship with the woman you love and are involved with is important. Talk cannot not be programmed or serious all the time. Having humor in your conversation is a great ice breaker from a stagnant conversation and sets a comfortable tone with each other.

Using Emotional intelligence in using the skills of confidence, active listening, respectful behavior, and great communications skills all together can show her that you have empathy and compassion in your heart for her heart. Men need to listen two the two songs below, so they can understand the heart of a woman much better and bring their heart closer to their woman to help the relationship work forever.

Many of my male friends who have had problems in their relationship, help educate them, so my friends will not fail in their marriage or relationship. Times are hard and we do not as men make things any harder for the sake of the woman we love and of the family. When my male friends end up saying that their wives and girlfriends changed and I tell them no sir, you are the one that change for the better for the woman you love. I tell them they were in need of improvement and change.

A man should never bring his problems home or take problem from home to work. There are cases where men will have close friend, what he can call a real friend to confide in. A church pastor or priest, or rabbi to talk to about problems from work or problems at home, for they are duty bound to hold what you talk about private.
