The Integer team circled for a quick huddle after Colorado Ad Day (thanks, Ad Club Colorado !) Diversity. Inclusion, Boldness. Authenticity. Here are the things that our colleagues are bringing back to their work tomorrow.
Susan Parsons (Director, Social Media & Content): "Underlying every presentation at Colorado Ad Day today was a subconscious push for growth. It was incredibly interesting to see that no matter the topic (from DEI to TikTok's music library to collaborating with legal), each session centered around evolution and learning how to anticipate what's coming next. Creating great work is not the job of one person (or one AI prompt); creating great work — and therefore growth — is a team effort."
Kevin Simon (Sr. Art Director): "Today has been awesome. It’s so refreshing listening to these industry leaders talk about the future of media and communication. Whether it’s Ai or TikTok, the ways in which media is being consumed and produced are changing and we need to adapt! Adapt or die! My biggest takeaway is that we need to break away from the typical?and start to push our clients into a direction where we utilize these tools and programs to help set them up for future success as well as help them connect with consumers in the most relevant and impactful ways."
Katie B. (Associate Creative Director): "My biggest takeaway of the day came from the keynote speaker Jorge Hernandez (a former Integerite!): 'When it comes to DEI in marketing communications, speak to individuals, but LAND in culture. DE&I is not an ASPECT of business. It IS business.'"

Sabrina Keller (VP, Digital Commerce) "Colorado Ad Day focused on the changes taking place in the marketing and advertising industry.?During a session about AI and Creativity, the atmosphere was bleak as we anticipate Human Resources and creativity to depress in favor of generative AI's speed, efficiency and scale. In stark contrast, I was encourage by the creative forces during the following TikTok session! The content creators have endless ideas and unexpected innovations that I'm confident no AI could replicate. This juxtaposition gives me hope that we humans will find the balance that fulfills our creative needs while efficiently accomplishing the more tedious tasks.?P.S. Have you seen the virality of the 'kid corn song' videos?!"
Bailey Sims (Sr Account Planner) "Leaving Colorado Ad Day feeling energized about spurring momentum and forward progress — for our teams, for our clients, for our agencies. Whether it’s the way client/agency partnerships are evolving, the implications of AI manifesting before us, or new sources of data, there is no one status quo. Change is the only constant, so embracing it, staying curious, and taking risks is the recipe for breakthrough."
