“I’ve always had an interest in living as minimally as possible. Love People Use Things takes minimalism, or “intentionalism”, to a whole new level. It talks about seven essential relationships in our lives, starting with our stuff (as any book on minimalism should), but also touching on our relationships with truth, self, money, values, creativity, and people.

Reading a few pages of this book at the end of a busy day helps me reconnect with what is essential, and reframe some of the important decisions we all make daily. BONUS: at the end of each chapter, there is a series of deep questions to ponder. Who doesn’t love a little deep self-reflection, am I right??

I’m not quite finished reading it yet, but I can already tell you that I would recommend it to anyone looking to learn more about minimalism, and how it can impact every aspect of life.”
