Berlin Meet-UP - Berliners I am in town this week and will host a meet-up. Everyone is welcome. We will have two topics for discussion. 'The Impact of AI in Sales' and 'AI in our Sales Practices'. Learning - There is no shortage of opportunities to learn! Check out this post from Alamin Hossain, with a list of 8 free AWS courses. I signed up for Generative AI Learning Plan for Decision Makers. make the time each week for learning and you'll save time for future you.

Important Reminder - This reminder comes from Niko Korvenlaita . Remember that your AI systems are only as good as your data ??And it feels that it’s going to be painful times ahead as the saddening recent quote from Accenture CEO Julie Sweet states: > most companies do not have mature data capabilities and if you can’t use your data, you can’t use AI. This is the reason why we at reconfigured are purely focused on making it easier to build solid data foundations. Doesn’t sound fancy, but making quality data accessible for more companies is key in accelerating the AI revolution

Harnessing AI to Transform Sales and Marketing Outreach from Mickey Aharony ?? Content Strategy

The pace of technological innovation is accelerating, with AI rapidly permeating nearly all industries. As we enter 2024, it's time to not just react to AI, but to embrace it, especially in the interconnected worlds of sales and marketing. Discover how AI is breaking new grounds, infusing life into sales calls, uncovers deep-seated concerns, and crafts impactful content for SDRs and BDRs.

  • AI listening to sales callsAI algorithms analyze sales data to identify client issues, enabling businesses to enhance their strategies and customer engagement.
  • Identifying common pain pointsAI tools, using NLP and machine learning, decode sales calls to uncover prospect/customer pain points, enabling targeted strategy design for better engagement.

Combining AI Insights with Marketing Support

Now, let's see how Marketing can combine these AI uses to support Sales.

Content creation from insights

AI streamlines content creation. Insights from sales call analyses inform tailored content for diverse channels—blogs, infographics, social posts, emails. AI algorithms identify language style, tone, and key points resonating with clients, yielding hyper-focused, relevant content. Armed with these insights, SDRs craft engaging content, enticing interest, and converting leads into clients.

Repurposing insights in outreach emails

These insights benefit not only personal email communications but also compelling outreach emails. Reusing common pain points in outreach emails guarantees content that speaks directly to the audience. The personalized approach improves open, click-through, and conversion rates—boosting customer engagement, brand loyalty, and, ultimately, better business performance.

Embracing AI in marketing strategies can significantly enhance sales and customer interactions. Sales calls insights, common pain point identification, and insightful repurposing enable Marketing and Sales teams to deliver personalized campaigns resonating with their audience.

AI in marketing is not a trend—it's crucial for future impactful marketing strategies.?

I think I’ve just found my new hype person ??. Thanks for including me Natalie Turner. Using AI as a content acceleration tool has been incredible. Previously, one would spend a quarter creating the assets for a huge campaign, ebook, WPs, infographics, blogs, social content. For a huge launch only for many of those asset either underperforming or fall in to a promotion, queue with demand gen as there is only budget to spend on 1-2 assets. Now you can write your e-book and then piecemeal content out to your audience to see what works and quickly pivot and generate that next asset based off of what your audience actually wants. And all in a quarter of the time!
