Different Types of Websites
1. Static Website
A static website is a type of website which is used only HTML and CSS. They have no scripting and the only form of interactivity on a static website is in the form of hyperlinks. In case, you want to have a small website (10 or less number of web pages), then a static website would be the ideal option for you. However, if you want to share elements amongst pages, then you will need to duplicate HTML on each page.
Static websites can be easily made as compared to dynamic websites since they require the lesser amount of coding and technical know-how. However, there are very few fully static websites nowadays since there is a lot of scripting involved.
2. Dynamic Website
A dynamic website is a type of website which uses HTML and CSS in addition to website scripting. There are two major reasons why you may intend to utilize website scripting on your site.
