What is web content writing?(Pt-1)

Website content writing means content which is posted online on websites. In my language, when we write something, we don’t post it on the website or social media page. But in this type of writing, our content is uploaded on the webpage of the company or client for whom we are working. When we work with any company, we write content for them to upload it on the website.

This content is uploaded on the website, which the reader reads and views. According to me, this type of content helps the company grow faster. Because after seeing those above-mentioned types, readers visit the site and can also share and buy products the company launches. Let me tell you how to write and what that type of writing means.

Landing Page Content?

A landing page is a page in which users cannot open anything except view that page. It is one single call to action and no website navigation kind of thing. In this, users can just explore the page and, for more information, go to the page where other information is kept. Users open it through marketing emails. There are 2 types of landing pages 1 is lead generating and the other is click through. Lead generating gives them information about users, and click-through redirects them to their page so they can do the action they wanted from the user.

It only has one link, which takes the user to the company or information page.

For e.g. This page has only 1 link to booking that the user can only click on that, and after clicking, it will take the user to that page.

What I understood by this?

If I get an email about covid vaccination. That email link will bring me to this page, and after that, I have to click on the link mentioned it will direct me to a page where I can register for the vaccine. It helps them to get leads because we will have to enter our information for registration, and when people click on it, their click-through rate increases and becomes trusted, so other people also use the same link for registration. Because we know there are many links that provide this vaccine registration thing.

Homepage content?

The homepage is a page where users can see content when they open any website. If someone searches for something on Google, it shows many websites; when the user clicks on any website, what they see first is known as the homepage.

It is also known as the main page of any website, which usually welcomes users to their page. The homepage has menu items like “Home,” “Special Offers,” “Blogs,” “Contact Us,” and “About Us” and their social media page links.

What I understood by this?

Suppose I search on Google about hotels in India, any other country, or any particular hotel. In that case, Google search Engine will show top hotels on it with different things like pricing, place reviews etc., and when I will click the one I like, they will show me this page first. This is called the homepage.

Product Description or Service Page?

A product description is a marketing copy that explains what a product is and some information about the features and benefits of the product.?

A service page is where you can describe your information about any offer or a specific product or service you sell. Where you can add a call-to-action like contact us. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.

What I understood by this?

1. Everyone doing content writing might know what a product description is. I didn't know in starting when I came to know, and someone gave me the assignment to write a product description. I used to search for it and then the way I understood. But always got rejected, but when I searched alot about it. I came across some videos that teach content writing. That's where I came to know how to write it.

The product description is basically a description which we see on online sites when we purchase some product. It shows the price, size, some short description about the product, discount on the product, variety of colours on that product, and many more things.?

1. And about the service page. It is a page where we can contact the company which sells the product. Or we can know their social media handles or follow them if we want. On the service page, we can also see or share reviews about the product. It also maybe has things like writing your name, address, email, phone number, and your review or problem and send directly to them.
