Every crisis, to someone it's crisis, to someone it's a chance. Now we were requested to stay at home and not go outside, company reopen time maybe postponed again.
Someone may cry, someone may complain, someone maybe angry, someone may get crazy, someone maybe working hard, etc. For me, it's very simple: No complain, do what we can, and do it better!
We came back to work on Feb.3rd. But work at home.
What we have done:
- Sent thank letters to all of our suppliers and all our customers before CNY
- 100% paid to all of our suppliers before CNY
- Keep enough cash flow to support our suppliers if they need when reopen
What we are doing:
- Working at home, but according to normal working time, clock in and clock out by internet 4 times every day.
- Call every supplier to check: when reopen, local worker percentage, orders in hand, raw material supplier reopen time, cash flow status, etc
- Every two days update all the information above
- Keep smooth and fast reaction communication with our customers and explain what status we are in
- Every sales does presantation and/or customer receive simulation once a day, by living broadcasting, manager give comments
- One case review by the whole sales team everyday, by living broadcasting, every sales does 5 case reviews by himself, and send report to sales manager.
- Check with all the forwarding companies to see if there is any new regulation applied by any foreign country.
We are ready, and working hard! Sure we will be the better choice when you come to China for new supplier after 2019-nCoV is gone!

5 年Also we are preparing the necessary materials for our suppliers such as facemasks and?forehead thermometers, which must be needed when a factory wants to reopen.? Thanks to our efforts, we got some and it's ok for reopen to at least 10 suppliers.
