The pandemic has created a new reality for o lot of interactions in our organizations: a lot of meetings, like a train every day, running from the early hours until the end of each day. How many has been in front of the screen thinking something like that: What are we doing here? Which is the objetive from this meeting? What do you want from me? Why do emerge the same ideas from the same people?
One year ago I was invited to practice with Liberating Structures and understood this is more than a method. If you really want to open the doors to real participation, unlock the power and capabilities from each person, create a real participative environment and be confident on the collective intelligence, you need reach out this content, method and philosophy.
