What if we all were the dragons at work?
We have read stories about #dragons which grow bigger and faster when the are given their space. So does this mean they do not grow when there is no room for it?
In my perspective the answer would be a NO!. They prepare themselves for a bigger space and environment for a faster growth. They constantly think about using the opportunities that come their way and make it look monstrous
Similarly we need to prepare ourselves to grow when we are given our space. Of course, things take their own course and time. Preparing ourselves for a war needs more patience, determination and strategy. Until then, question your self "am I prepared for the war?", am I prepared for the #game_of_thrones?
But the first question should be "Do you like to wage a war?" If yes, are you ready to be a #battle_dragon?
In general, we all may have a contention with the above statements due to lack of preparedness or we are absolutely NOT interested, but still we end up taking sides just because we are forced to land somewhere. How are we going to handle tough situations like the one already stated or something similar?
I have always been lucky enough to be in the light of great " Work Gurus" who imparted me on how things work in a corporate setting, what, why and how it works, and when is it needed at the most. Be it life or work I had people who supported me on what I was passionate about.
What I believe is even dragons would have had their ancestors and so do we. #LOVE what you do and it loves you back. Be the dragon at work.
I believe LOVING WHAT WE DO is the key!
