A glimpse of the recently done 32nd Annual Market Research Seminar by MRSI.

This is an event that is so close to our hearts, as the client is a favourite! We really enjoy working on this event for many reasons, but mainly for the commitment that the team at MRSI has for the kind of content that is released and they somehow tend to help us get better as their event guys.

Here is a short summary of the event:

Date : 23rd and 24th September 2024

No of People : 700 over two days.

Profile of the audience : Information Officers, Industry Marketers, Analysts and Researchers from a plethora of Diverse Industries.

No of Exhibitors: 10

No of Sponsors : 25


Working on any MRSI event is always a great experience, not only are we challenged, but the team at MRSI expresses tremendous particularity regarding every aspect of the event that is to be managed, be it the seating plan or presentation management or sponsor management and this one was no different.

Precise planning and on cue execution from us brought the event to life.

The journey began well in advance, where our job was to offer support during the pre-event sales process, regarding sizing, formats and floorplanning.

Every aspect of the venue was grid-mapped by us, including even the chairs that were to be used for the audiences to sit on.


This is the floor plan for the event area only, we had 5 other such designated spaces created to fuel engagement.

The next step was sponsor booth management. This not only included creating uniformity in terms of deliverables for the exhibitors but managing their creatives as per guidelines.

Our job was to advise each individual exhibitor regarding how their content needs to be placed and the format the initial creative is to be received in. Once received our design team worked their magic to get them sorted in alignment with that was being offered.


This is how the deliverables offered to exhibitors were represented by us.

Managing creatives is always an important and critical aspect of any event, and with the MRSI Seminar even more so, as the deliverables that sponsors invest in are not uniform. The sponsors invest in spaces according to their budgets and it is our job to ensure the sponsor is getting the visibility they have invested in in order to get maximum ROI.

There are not only sponsor prints, but also creatives that have been designed for the event as a whole, and it is our job to ensure sponsor logo placement according to category on those creatives, apart from managing a multitude of prints from Sponsors, with different creatives totalling to almost 40+.


Each of these folders have 3 different prints which need to be aligned as per the booth guidelines and have to each be checked individually to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

Presentation Management at the event is a key aspect of the seminar as companies release White Papers at the event and key findings are discussed.

Hence, it is critical to check each of the papers to be released very closely to ensure fonts, images etc are in the aspect ratio as per the screen being used at the event along with checking for pixelation.

Apart from presentations, there are videos too.

If you can imagine, there are 23 white papers each day which give out some very technical information :D which we are responsible for checking and cuing as the speakers line up one after another for their session.

Apart from all the stuff mentioned above, logistical management and production are the mainstay of our work.
