What we accept vs expect

All of us have our unique identity. This identity it is suppressed by society, boss, family, colleagues until you start hiding yourself and start pretending. We feel insecure and see that others are doing well. So we try to copy them and fail. If someone connects with you and try to sell something being different, probably that wasn't first thing that they had in mind. It's a chain reaction of events and immense amount of pressure that makes them to do things. And yes, good people are everywhere, they take ownership and deliver. There is other side of the story as well, which is about the applicant and their mindset. My question is when will society, corporate world and so on and on... start accepting the way people are and embrace their talent?
