What a Way to Kick-start the New Year

After a day of toil, this was the sight lying in wait for me as soon as I woke up the next morning.

Two insanely innocent kids sitting on a Veranda and having a simple meal, completely oblivious to the world around them.

I couldn't resist clicking this pic as the radiance on their faces was just too bright to ignore, and moments later, I even witnessed one of the kids feeding the other.

On what basis do we judge a person’s character? I believe it is through the purity of intent and the depth and clarity in thought and action. Without ever having stepped into the outside world, these kids have learned the value of weaving meaningful human connections. Somehow, deep in the innermost recesses of their hearts, they are reminded of a promising space that just couldn't keep up with the hustling world. And, witnessing such a grand moment is a testament to the power of understanding, mutual trust, and respect.

For me, this is nothing short of magic, and I hope this magic spreads its essence and fragrance in the air to envelop the entire humanity. As the light of a new year dawns on the horizon, the song of possibilities is in the air. And perhaps one day, some of the greatest mysteries of existence might be solved by a kid sitting on a Veranda, waiting for promise to ripen.
