Well, you'll have heard me talking a lot recently about Warriors and, as the creator of the Warrior Programme, I thought I'd elaborate a little more today about what I mean!
So much of the fitness industry, and indeed the world, today revolves around getting skinnier, smaller, becoming socially-acceptable, and I do the opposite. I want you to be BIGGER. Not necessarily physically, but bigger in yourself, so you can take up the space that you choose. That's what a Warrior does.
She is strong, capable, in control, both in mind and body. She can ask for what she wants. She can say no. She can lift her own bags, all of them.
She is tough, without being hard-faced. She is determined, without being dispassionate. She is independent, without being cold.
We women walk a tough line these days - there are so many contradictions and so many demands made of us. The Warrior Programme is designed to make these simple. It helps you to become who you want to be, who you feel you were born to be.
You don't have to feel like you're not strong enough, or you're not taking your health or yourself seriously anymore. Instead, you can just be you and get on with your purpose on this planet.
