What Wakes You Up? (+ a message from my Dad)
My father–a brilliant, eccentric, adventurous, life-loving physician and an ardent student of philosophy–died suddenly of a heart attack at age 56 (my current age). He crossed over on Dec. 3rd leaving six children. “Don’t die with your music still in you,” by Wayne Dyer was one of his favorite quotes.?This week I’m feeling his presence strongly and leaning into his wisdom as I reflect on what helps me stay AWAKE?!?I invite you to join me:
