Generally, after the injection molding machine is flooded, it may cause different degrees of water inflow in the electrical control box, machine hydraulic system, lubrication system, etc. In this case, it should be treated in the shortest time to reduce losses. The points are as follows Several parts to deal with:

Electrical control part:

1. Disconnect the power supply of all injection molding machines to ensure that the whole machine is disconnected from the power grid;

2. Remove the battery on the main board of the I/O computer of the injection molding machine in the shortest time after entering the water (it is recommended that customers operate in time) because the I/O board is still powered on when the battery is not removed, which will accelerate the degree of rust and corrosion of these components, which will increase the difficulty and maintenance cost of component maintenance;

3. Remove the electrical components of the injection molding machine in the entire electrical box (operated by service personnel) and clean with alcohol. If necessary, disassemble and clean the parts, including I/O board, 24V power supply, 5V power supply, transformer, AC contactor, air Switches, axial fans, etc.;

1. Remove the circuit board and remove the built-in battery (if have);

2. Scrub each circuit board with alcohol, assemble it after drying or drying, and test it with a separate power supply;

2. Remove the isolation net of the motor fan port and place it upright;

3. After drying, replace the cover and isolation net;

4. Find professional technicians to deal with it, do not disassemble the motor without permission to avoid aggravating losses;

Oil system treatment:

1. The motor oil pump cannot be turned on, because the water entering the hydraulic oil after turning on the motor may enter the hydraulic pipeline system of the machine, causing the metal hydraulic components to corrode;

2. Check whether the hydraulic oil enters the water. Open the plug at the bottom of the fuel tank on the frame, release a small amount of oil, and ignite a little with a piece of paper. If the fire cannot be ignited and there is a crackling sound during the combustion process, it means that there is moisture in the hydraulic oil, and all the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced. (You can also use anhydrous copper sulfate to test whether it will turn blue, if it turns blue, it means water);

3. If the oil contains water, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank needs to be replaced. Wipe the fuel tank with a clean cloth before changing the oil;

Kindly Remind: In order to avoid the danger of electric shock caused by the accumulation of water inside the machine, after confirming that the equipment is completely dried, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place for about a week before use, and the grounding wire of the whole machine should also be checked to avoid short-circuiting the grounding wire when it encounters water.If you encounter a situation that cannot be handled by yourself, find a professional maintenance master for inspection and maintenance to avoid more serious equipment failures.
