- Live in a place where you find the climate, scenery, and culture agreeable. This way, you will not waste much life energy complaining about your surroundings.
- Exercise hard enough to see visible muscles in your arms and legs. Pursue greater physical strength and better posture.
- Eat the healthiest way you can manage that is still tasty for you and fits your budget.
- Do not spend money on a daily basis. Attempt to go days without spending a dime. You can decide what to do with your money later after you have gotten really good at keeping it around.
- If you have any free hobbies, get more into them. Become an expert at one of your free hobbies.
- Sing in the car, especially by yourself.
- Watch all the funny movies.
