What unorganised tourism brings to the business?

I have restarted my traveling activity this year choosing two not-too-obvious locations #SriLanka and #Algeria. As always, both travels have brought me a lot of learning and discoveries about the world functioning and about myself.?
What unorganised traveling brings to the business reality?
Those people who travel regularly notice this moment when our brain is going through a restart mode. That will allow us to clean our minds from useless, daily information and focus on important and priority topics. In addition to the obvious positive #health effect, traveling stimulates #creativity, #communication, and #changemanagement skills. We broaden our horizons and open our minds to new, often revolutionary ideas.?
We need to find ourselves in a new environment, with people speaking a different language, with often distant behaviors. It may not be easy, especially at the beginning but it's a perfect situation to develop our #diversityandinclusion aptitudes while trying to understand and finally belong to the local reality. As a matter of fact, these are free-of-charge lessons of tolerance and change adaptation which are very useful competencies in the workplace while we work with cross-cultural teams operating globally.?
When we face the unknown or often contradictory ideas to our beliefs and routines, we will get an advantage of understanding ourselves better, and what our strengths, likes, and dislikes are, therefore our #selfawareness increases which boosts our human condition and capacity to work better in a team.?

Definitely, there are even more benefits of traveling for the business world. I have just opened a very rich topic for debate in the 'nowadays' world where there are more and more #flexibleworking practices introduced in different companies, which can stimulate employees' motivation to discover the unknown through #travel pioneering.?
