One powerful tactic I use with my clients is helping them gain clarity on their leadership style.

After working with hundreds of leaders, I have discovered it’s a game-changer for taking that next step.

Today, I want to share with you five leadership archetypes that senior executives often embody.

Which one resonates with you?

1. The Visionary Pioneer

Do you have a knack for seeing the big picture and inspiring others with your grand vision?

Visionary Pioneers are driven by innovation and have an uncanny ability to anticipate future trends. They thrive on taking calculated risks and pushing boundaries to achieve ambitious goals.

Example: Think of Elon Musk. His vision for the future with Tesla and SpaceX epitomizes the Visionary Pioneer.

If you're a trailblazer who dreams big and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, you might be a Visionary Pioneer.

2. The Analytical Strategist

Are you known for your meticulous attention to detail and strategic thinking?

Analytical Strategists excel at dissecting complex problems, devising well-thought-out plans, and executing them with precision.

They thrive in environments where data-driven decision-making is valued and are adept at navigating through uncertainty with logic and reason.

Example: Satya Nadella at Microsoft. His strategic vision and methodical approach transformed the company.

If you're a strategist who thrives on analyzing data and crafting foolproof strategies, you might be an Analytical Strategist.

3. The Empathetic Mentor

Do you have a knack for understanding people's emotions and building strong relationships?

Empathetic Mentors are known for their ability to connect with others on a deep level, provide support and guidance, and foster a sense of belonging within their teams.

5. The Inspirational Communicator

Inspirational Communicators possess a magnetic presence and have a gift for articulating a compelling vision that resonates with their team members.

They lead by example, embodying the values they espouse, and are skilled at rallying others around a common cause.

Example: Oprah Winfrey. Her ability to connect with people and inspire millions showcases her as an Inspirational Communicator.

If you're someone who can captivate audiences and ignite passion in those around you, you might be an Inspirational Communicator.
