WHAT TYPE OF DRINKER ARE YOU?

The 10 question How Saucy Are You? Test, measures how potentially ‘out of control’ your relationship is with booze and gives you a score between 0 and 100% ‘out of control’.

By taking the test you can find out if you are an ‘Occasional Drinker’, a ‘Light Regular Drinker’, a ‘Regular Drinker’, a ‘Serious Drinker’ or a ‘Heavy Drinker’.

The test is part of my new book, WALKING BACK TO HAPPINESS: THE SECRET TO ALCOHOL-FREE LIVING & WELL-BEING, aimed at the millions of drinkers around the world who are sober curious and interested in taking a break from alcohol.

The book includes a list of drinker stereotypes based on their relationship with alcohol. Designed for people who are currently drinking and have not yet taken a break from alcohol, the How Saucy Are You? Test allows you to step outside yourself and see your drinking habit from a different perspective. It can help you to learn how to manage your relationship with alcohol as it’s a lot easier to deal with the problem if you know what you are up against.

According to Alcohol Change UK, 24% of adults in England and Scotland regularly drink over the Chief Medical Officer’s low-risk guidelines and 27% of drinkers in Great Britain binge drink on their heaviest drinking days. In the UK alone there are around 30 million drinkers, many of whom have no idea of the serious damage alcohol causes. Alcohol can make us deluded. You might think you are in control of your drinking, when the reality is that you are on the brink of it developing into a serious health problem.
