What type of diet should I take to get more muscular mass? And how?

Some of my suggestions, with regard to diet are:

  1. NEVER Skip a meal
  2. Include Good Amount of Quality Protein with ALL YOUR MEALS
  3. Avoid Fast Food, Junk Food and Colas (of any kind)
  4. Reduce intake of Simple Carbohydrates (white Rice, white Bread, Flour etc)
  5. Get your Carbohydrates through Consumption of Complex Carbohydrates
  6. As said earlier, include Protein with ALL YOUR MEALS
  7. Dietary Fat is Good For you. All except the Trans Fat kind.
  8. Note that Vegetables are a VERY GOOD source of Carbohydrates and other Essential Nutrients
  9. Milk (whole milk) is VERY NUTRITIOUS also.

But, this is only half the story.

You will also need to give your body a reason to grow more muscle. Strength Training Workouts will provide this reason for your body, to grow Stronger, thereby, getting bigger Muscle Mass and Denser/Stronger Bones.
