What type of diet should I take to get more muscular mass? And how?

Some of my suggestions, with regard to diet are:
- NEVER Skip a meal
- Include Good Amount of Quality Protein with ALL YOUR MEALS
- Avoid Fast Food, Junk Food and Colas (of any kind)
- Reduce intake of Simple Carbohydrates (white Rice, white Bread, Flour etc)
- Get your Carbohydrates through Consumption of Complex Carbohydrates
- As said earlier, include Protein with ALL YOUR MEALS
- Dietary Fat is Good For you. All except the Trans Fat kind.
- Note that Vegetables are a VERY GOOD source of Carbohydrates and other Essential Nutrients
- Milk (whole milk) is VERY NUTRITIOUS also.
But, this is only half the story.
You will also need to give your body a reason to grow more muscle. Strength Training Workouts will provide this reason for your body, to grow Stronger, thereby, getting bigger Muscle Mass and Denser/Stronger Bones.
