WHAT type of coaching business should I start!?

Do I have what it takes to be a coach?

These questions are way too common among my clients.

And I know that if this is a question you currently have, you can stay stuck for months.

Just like I did for myself. 

I just couldn’t wrap my head around the fact that I already had everything I needed to start helping someone. I was already a coach with so many people in my life but had a hard time allowing myself to wear that new title.

It's like being a coach meant being "perfect" and better than everyone!

Clearly I had work to do on myself...

Let’s start by simplifying the definition of COACHING.

What is a coach?

A coach supports a client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. Simply said: A coach helps someone to learn and grow.

Consider yourself as a GUIDE, a LIGHT, a CHEERLEADER or a TEACHER. 

You are here to help someone progress on their journey.

All you need is to be 1 step ahead of someone going through a similar journey as yours.

Therefore, you don't have to have 40 years of experience in a field to coach someone.

You can focus on something that you have overcome and went through to help others navigate through that journey too.

By the way, Oprah has coaches helping her and they aren't as "successful" as she is, but they still help her tremendously navigate through her own journey.

So don't think that you need to have everything figured out to start helping people!

How does that sound?

Now, the type of coach you become depends entirely on what you truly WANT. 

What legacy do you want to leave on this earth?

It's so important that you align your coaching practice with your purpose.

It must be truly meaningful to you.

This is how you'll connect deeper with your audience and clients and will be able to serve them powerfully.

You need to go DEEP into your soul.

Understand what you are truly passionate about.
