What a Trump Administration Means for Employee and Customer Experience

The 2024 election is over, and I wanted to take some time to process the implications of another Trump administration before sharing any thoughts here. I’ve had a myriad of discussions with colleagues, clients, and executive leaders who have shared a common thread: their employees are scared of what is coming.

Personally, I can relate.

  • As the father of two daughters, I’m concerned about their healthcare accessibility, educational access, and the safety of the food they will eat
  • As a Black man who has been accosted by police, I’m concerned about a police force that will face even less accountability
  • As the husband to a Black woman, I fear for an environment even more hostile to her existence

I do not anticipate that these fears will dissipate overnight; in fact, I am embracing the reality that the world I wish to live in will come to be through my active participation in it. By raising my voice, leveraging my power, advocating, and community building with those who have the audacity to dream and the spirit to make those dreams real.

As the CEO of an experiences management company focused on fairness, I am more resolved now than ever that organizations will need the very things we support: tools that drive employee engagement and market trust. I am excited for the partners we work with every day to serve this end and look at 2025 with renewed excitement to work with organizations that see this moment as the opportunity for market differentiation. This is a season where audacious leadership driven by clear values will win. And, I look forward to us winning together.
