The most common response I receive to this question is, “giving the Customer our best attention”.

Well, that is true, of course.

Everyone in your business should be aligned & focused on producing the best possible experience for a Customer.

BUT ………………… that is just the start of true Customer care.

It is so much more than getting his orders right, or delivering his stock on time.

The art of true Customer care goes further, much further.

 True Customer care is –

the ability to convince every Customer to honestly believe that he is the most important person in your world.

And frankly, he is – after all, it is he who pays your bills, oh yes & your commission!

If you are able to achieve this feat, you will have a Customer for life.

 He will forgive you your occasional mistakes.

He will accept your price increases.

He will pay his account on time.

He will denounce your competitor.
